Payment Authorization

By providing payment details and agreeing to our Terms of Use, you allow us to charge your payment method automatically at the renewal rate.

Cancellation of Renewal

You can cancel automatic renewal anytime before the renewal date via your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation must be done before renewal to avoid charges.

Refunds for Renewals

Once charged, renewal fees are non-refundable. If you cancel before renewal, you can still use Innolab until your billing period ends, but no refunds will be given for unused time.

Changes to Renewal Terms

We may update renewal terms, including pricing and billing cycles. We will inform you in advance, and you can accept the changes or cancel renewal.
